膠皮厚度精密調(diào)整，獨立展布控制。

膠囊冷卻方式：自控水冷，風平衡，設(shè)備自帶。

各系統(tǒng)獨立控制，協(xié)調(diào)匹配，方便調(diào)整。

滾模加壓方式，氣動加壓，數(shù)字顯示，輕松便捷。

低噪音設(shè)計，高軟速與低轉(zhuǎn)速時噪音無增加，改善工作環(huán)境。

膠膜潤滑油用量少，基本無油壓丸，降低生產(chǎn)成本，工作環(huán)境整潔。

多數(shù)軟膠囊無需酒精等清洗，避免了溶劑對膠囊的損傷（印字膠囊除外）

兩側(cè)膠膜直線傳遞，無需調(diào)整，生產(chǎn)穩(wěn)定。

Precise gelatin film thickness adjustment,independent film spreading control,it is flexible and suitable to various kinds of gelatin solution and moulds,reaches the max.using rate of gelatin solution.

Two sides gelatin film linear conveying,no need adjust,production stable.

Roller die adjustment: Free opposite line design,simplified operation, to prevent operatr′s mistake.

Wedge lifting type: Elec-driven, and self-lock,safty and dependable.
